Upcoming ActivitiesMarch for PeaceSaturday, March 20th Please be careful where you park. We will walk to the junction of Hwy 73 & 74 for a rally or you can meet the group on the bridge. Bring signs, drums, flags and other expressions of your desire for peace. Invest one hour to stand with Evergreen Peace and show your distaste for endless war. The occupation of Iraq is entering its 8th year. Stand up against the complacency and support our troops by asking to bring them home. This is a family event. Bring your kids and invite your friends. We need a good turnout to show our community and various on-line sites that we (still) want that war, and all wars, to end. Events are subject to weather and other considerations, please confirm times and locations. |
